How many hours will I receive?

Each Ohio Licensee will receive 7 CEU's not including Human Trafficking.

What is included in the classes?

There is free parking and lunch will be provided.

How do I pay for my class?

In order to secure your seat, you are able to pay online using Paypal or any major credit card. You may also pay a deposit to secure your seat, then pay the rest at the door by cash or debit/credit card (Master Card or Visa only).

Do I have to stay for the whole class?

If you decide to leave the class, you will not receive any refunds, If you are in the class to receive hours, you must stay for the entire class day in order to receive your certificate.

What if I need to reschedule my class date?

You will need to fill out the "Contact Us Form" so that the instructor can re-open your seat for the next candidate and send you further information.

I will not be able to attend to the class but already paid, can I get a refund?

All payments made online for reservations will be subject to a 10% fee for any refunds issued 3 days before the class date and a 50% fee will be charged for any refund request made after the 3 day prior mark. There will not be any refunds given on the class day or after.

Deposits are non-refundable.

I do not own a credit or debit card, what do I do, can I still attend the class?

Yes you can still attend the class, you will want to click on the "Contact Us" tab and explain your situation and the Instrutor will respond with further details.

How do I know that my seat is reserved?

Once you have paid a deposit or the full amount, you will receive a confirmation email with details. All paid seats are guaranteed.
